Online Finance Course - Tips to Know Before You Choose an Online Finance Course

Usually when you wanted to get any type of economic qualification then you would have to go to school or university in order to do so. But nowadays there are a huge amount of educational institutions, universities and businesses which provide you the possibility to get your finance credentials doing them online. Here we examine different things we you must consider when thinking about doing an internet finance training course.

The first point you should think about when searching for an online finance program is to determine if you're able to try it out before registering or spending some cash for it. If you are able to do this then you'll be in a position to see how the organization that offers the training course works. Also doing this you'll be able to determine if doing your training course online is the correct option to get the credentials you need.
Another thing you should do before signing up to any kind of online programs is learn to as much as it is possible about the organization that runs them. Take a look at how long the organization has been in business and also how long they've been offering this kind of services. Generally you'll find that many of these programs are supplied by popular universities and schools and these could be the better option instead of going for a privately one.
However in case you select to choose an organization instead of a university or college to do your web training course the following step is to look at the Better Business Bureau site. Here they've a report of all the organizations both off and online that have registered with them. Many of the online businesses providing educational programs today who're authorized by BBB are given the Online Seal. This instantly informs you that the website is recognized and has a very good record in terms of satisfied clients.
However if you're a person who instead of only doing a standard finance training course want to study for a degree it is necessary that you select a certified one. The simplest and quickest method to find a training course with the correct certification is by looking at the schools and educational institutions which are providing online classes.
Another significant problem that you have to consider if you opt to do an online training course is the number of students they can supply.

HEALTH- **QUESTION & ANSWER SESSION * - The TRUTH IS FINALLY REVEALED

( LITERALLY………..)

Q: I've heard that cardiovascular exercise can prolong life; is this

true?

A: **Your heart is only good for so many beats, and that's it... Don't

waste

them on exercise . Everything wears out eventually. Speeding up your

heart

will not make you live longer; that's like saying you can extend the

**life

**of your **car **by driving it faster. Want to live longer? Take a

nap.*

------------------------------

*

Q: Should I cut down on meat and eat more fruits and vegetables?

A: You must grasp logistical efficiencies. What does a cow eat? Hay

and

corn. And what are these? Vegetables So a steak is nothing more than

an

efficient mechanism of delivering vegetables to your system. Need

grain? Eat

chicken. Beef is also a good source of field grass (green leafy

vegetable).

And a pork chop can give you 100% of your recommended daily allowance

of

vegetable products*

------------------------------

*

Q: Should I reduce my alcohol intake?

A: No, not at all. Wine is made from fruit. Brandy is distilled wine,

that

means they take the water out of the fruity bit so you get even more

of the

goodness that way. **Beer** is also made out of grain. **Bottoms up!*

------------------------------

*

Q: How can I calculate my body/fat ratio?

A: Well, if you have a body and you have fat, your ratio is one to

one. If

you have two bodies, your ratio is two to one, etc. *

------------------------------

*

Q: What are some of the advantages of participating in a regular

exercise

program?

A: Can't think of a single one, sorry. My philosophy is: No

Pain...Good! *

------------------------------

*

Q: Aren't fried foods bad for you?

A: You're not listening.... Foods are fried these days in vegetable

oil. In

fact, they're permeated in it. How could getting more vegetables be

bad for

you?*

------------------------------

*

Q: **Will sit-ups help prevent me from getting a little soft around

the**

middle?

A: Definitely not! When you exercise a muscle, it gets bigger. You

should

only be doing sit-ups if you want a bigger stomach.*

------------------------------

*

Q: Is chocolate bad for me?* *

A: Are you crazy? HELLO! **Cocoa beans! Another vegetable. It's the

best

feel-good food around!**! *

------------------------------

*

Q: Is swimming good for your figure?

A: If swimming is good for your figure, explain whales to me.*

------------------------------

*

Q: **Is getting in-shape important for my lifestyle?**

A: Hey! 'Round' is a shape!!*

Well, I hope this has cleared up any misconceptions you may have had

Top 10 Reasons Small Businesses Fail

JAY GOLTZ, On Wednesday January 5, 2011, 2:05 pm EST

One of the least understood aspects of entrepreneurship is why small businesses fail, and there's a simple reason for the confusion: Most of the evidence comes from the entrepreneurs themselves.

I have had a close-up view of numerous business failures -- including a few start-ups of my own. And from my observation, the reasons for failure cited by the owners are frequently off-point, which kind of makes sense when you think about it. If the owners really knew what they were doing wrong, they might have been able to fix the problem. Often, it's simply a matter of denial or of not knowing what you don't know.

In many cases, the customers -- or, I should say, ex-customers -- have a better understanding than the owners of what wasn't working. The usual suspects that the owners tend to blame are the bank, the government, or the idiot partner. Rarely does the owner's finger point at the owner. Of course, there are cases where something out of the owner's control has gone terribly wrong, but I have found those instances to be in the minority. What follows -- based on my own experiences and observations -- are my top 10 reasons small businesses fail. The list is not pretty, it is not simple, and it does not contain any of those usual suspects (although they might come in at Nos. 11, 12 and 13).

1. The math just doesn't work. There is not enough demand for the product or service at a price that will produce a profit for the company. This, for example, would include a start-up trying to compete against Best Buy and its economies of scale.

2. Owners who cannot get out of their own way. They may be stubborn, risk adverse, conflict adverse -- meaning they need to be liked by everyone (even employees and vendors who can't do their jobs). They may be perfectionist, greedy, self-righteous, paranoid, indignant, or insecure. You get the idea. Sometimes, you can even tell these owners the problem, and they will recognize that you are right -- but continue to make the same mistakes over and over.

3. Out-of-control growth. This one might be the saddest of all reasons for failure -- a successful business that is ruined by over-expansion. This would include moving into markets that are not as profitable, experiencing growing pains that damage the business, or borrowing too much money in an attempt to keep growth at a particular rate. Sometimes less is more.

4. Poor accounting. You cannot be in control of a business if you don't know what is going on. With bad numbers, or no numbers, a company is flying blind, and it happens all of the time. Why? For one thing, it is a common -- and disastrous -- misconception that an outside accounting firm hired primarily to do the taxes will keep watch over the business. In reality, that is the job of the chief financial officer, one of the many hats an entrepreneur has to wear until a real one is hired.

5. Lack of a cash cushion. If we have learned anything from this recession (I know it's "over" but my customers don't seem to have gotten the memo), it's that business is cyclical and that bad things can and will happen over time -- the loss of an important customer or critical employee, the arrival of a new competitor, the filing of a lawsuit. These things can all stress the finances of a company. If that company is already out of cash (and borrowing potential), it may not be able to recover.

6. Operational mediocrity. I have never met a business owner who described his or her operation as mediocre. But we can't all be above average. Repeat and referral business is critical for most businesses, as is some degree of marketing (depending on the business).

7. Operational inefficiencies. Paying too much for rent, labor, and materials. Now more than ever, the lean companies are at an advantage. Not having the tenacity or stomach to negotiate terms that are reflective of today's economy may leave a company uncompetitive.

8. Dysfunctional management. Lack of focus, vision, planning, standards and everything else that goes into good management. Throw fighting partners or unhappy relatives into the mix, and you have a disaster.

9. The lack of a succession plan. We're talking nepotism, power struggles, significant players being replaced by people who are in over their heads -- all reasons many family businesses do not make it to the next generation.

10. A declining market. Book stores, music stores, printing businesses and many others are dealing with changes in technology, consumer demand, and competition from huge companies with more buying power and advertising dollars.

In life, you may have forgiving friends and relatives, but entrepreneurship is rarely forgiving. Eventually, everything shows up in the soup. If people don't like the soup, employees stop working for you, and customers stop doing business with you. And that is why businesses fail.

The Ten Most Common Mistakes People Make in Managing their Money:

I believe these are the reasons why so many people have a needless struggle with their finances. As discussed below were reasons why people struggle to manage their money

1. Poor debt management through excessive borrowing - not being able to live "within your means.”

2. Failure to monitor their financial position.

3. Lack of motivation (desire) to take action.

4. Lack of foresight in looking ahead.

5. Failure to set financial plans for the future. Most people don't plan to fail, but fail to plan.

6. Lack of knowledge. Financial ignorance can prove expensive.

7. Inadequate protection against unforeseen events (life and general insurance), such as death, disability and physical losses.

8. Procrastination in taking remedial action. And most importantly...

9. Lack of discipline in saving habits.

10. Poor investments: you either pay too much tax on them or inflation eats into your return, or both... so that your money actually goes backwards. Even worse, you could lose all your money if the company to whom you gave your money goes 'broke

AKU MAHU TINGGALKAN DUNIA DALAM SUJUDKU

2. Waktu itu aku terlalu rindu setelah beberapa hari ayahanda wafat. Ketika aku sedang memanggil-manggil ayahanda, muncul pula para malaikat bersaf-saf lantas menarik tanganku, membawa aku naik ke langit.

3. Apabila aku mendongak temampaklah istana-istana indah yang dikelilingi taman-taman pawana serta anak-anak sungai mengalir saujana mata memandang. Keindahan istana demi istana dan taman demi taman berjajaran di hadapan mata begitu mengasyikkan.

Aku masih teringat-ingat bisikan ayahanda. Aku akan mengikut langkah ayahanda beberapa hari lagi. Aku masih ingat ayahanda berkata perkara yang sama sebelum wafat. Ayahanda pernah membisikkan bahawa akulah orang pertama yang menyahut panggilan Ilahi selepasnya.

15. Sejak hari ayahanda wafat lagi aku selalu menangis dan bersedih. Perasaan sedih makin terasa selepas bermimpi bertemu ayahanda.

17. Aku juga meminta suamiku supaya menikahi Umamah, saudara perempuanku. Umamah menyayangi anakku seperti aku menyayangi mereka.
